I’ve been playing professionally for 15 years. University educated and teaching guitar lessons for just as long! I love students who are interested in advancing as I am also a forever student of music. Studying theory and technique is a lifelong commitment I encourage and support at all stages.

I focus on getting a solid foundation in technique and some basic theory, learning chord names and studying the sounds and colors the guitar can produce. I love playing to accompany the voice or another guitarist or instrument. Learning songs we know, and building towards playing what we hear in our head.
