About Fatema
Graduating with a BSc in Neuroscience from University College London, I have a strong foundation of sciences, particularly Biology and Chemistry. With my educational career primarily dominated by a scientific background, and currently working as a Healthcare PR Consultant I have a solid understanding of the key topics and subjects vital to a childs’ educational journey, be it at GCSE or A-Level standard.

I’m a strong believer that it is crucial to ensure students are revisiting their topics and key takeaways from lessons. As such, at the beginning of each lesson, my routine is usually to re-iterate the previous lessons objectives and clarify any confusion/mis-communications. Additionally, with science providing students with the ability to independently and critically think and to make reasoned judgements, I aim to ensure students are grasping the methodology and understanding behind particular problems as opposed to only honing their ability to answer questions where the solutions are pre-set. Building on this from an early age will not only prep students for further education but also ensure they are excelling across all their academia.
