About Riedwaan

I currently work for a United Nations, Technology agency, and have two Masters and one Honours Degree of which I have gotten International Scholarships for all my Degrees.

Masters in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value at University College London, United Kingdom.
Masters in Strategy and Innovation, MaynoothUniversity, Ireland.
Honours in Information Systems, University of the Western Cape, South Africa.

I have global consulting experience working on one of Africa's largest digital transformation projects, I have worked in public policy in a European local government, have worked on digital strategy projects in the non-profit sector and most importantly was a former head tutor in Information Systems at UWC, where I developed and helped students become strong graduates and successfully enter the workforce.

I am passionate about teaching and developing students so that they can reach their full potential.

About the lesson

To provide the best tutoring for my students, I try to understand what their learning style is, what their current subject understanding is and what works best for them so that we can get maximum value and enjoyment out of the lessons. I tailor my tutoring to the student that I'm working with.

I am proficient in English and Afrikaans. I understand that English is not everyone's first language so I make an effort to use simple terminology and try to explain technical and complex concepts in ways that everyone can understand.

My lessons are aimed at students that want to understand the concepts they are learning, whether it is understanding the basics, trying to develop knowledge or becoming an expert in the subject to top the class.

I cater for all types of students.
