About Amy
I'm a Japanese / British individual currently working at the University of Warwick, having just completed my studies at the University of Cambridge in October 2025.
I love all things science but particularly love biology - a passion demonstrated by a fully-funded offer to do a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Warwick from September 2026.
Back in 2021, I graduated from an international highschool as the valedictorian of my year, having achieved an IBDP score of 43 - representing top 6% of candidates globally.
I graduated from my undergraduate degree in 2024 amongst the Top 3 in my cohort at the University of Warwick (BSc Biological Sciences) before pursuing a Master's in Basic & Translational Neuroscience at Cambridge.

My aim is to actively engage with students ranging Year 8-13 across a range of curricula (GCSE, A-Level, IB). I am happy to teach AQA, OCR, and Edexcel content.
My lessons can be personalised to each student and can include:
- Teaching academic content and engaging in active discussions.
- Working through past papers / sample exam questions together to ensure students can apply their knowledge.
- Providing feedback on lab reports, essays, or other written assessment.
