About Ronald
I have been teaching for 24 years. I have had students that struggled and I have myself have struggled with some courses in high school and college. So I know what it feels like and it's not fun. Students who have embraced the metacognitive approach to learning have performed quite well in my classes.

I take an active learning approach where I and the student actively work together to better understand the material. Memorization does not work. Studying to teach the material is much more effective way to learn. Embracing a metacognitive approach can boost your performance up to one letter grade.
