About Carolina
I'm 21 and I’m a Mathematics student at the University of St Andrews. Along with maths I enjoy playing volleyball and cooking for friends and family. I'm also in the process of perfecting my French! I’ve always loved working with numbers and solving problems, and I enjoy helping others see the logic and beauty in maths. My goal as a tutor is to make the subject feel approachable and even enjoyable, no matter your starting point.

My approach to tutoring is based on doing as many practice questions as possible- I believe this is the most effective way to truly understand and nail mathematical concepts! I adapt each lesson to the student’s needs, focusing on building confidence through clear explanations and active problem solving.
Lessons last an hour or more, and are tailored for anyone studying GCSE Maths, regardless of their current level. I count with previous experience tutoring high school students with great results.
