About Alma
Received high-level education in English for 5 years, in both scientific and humanitarian fields. I have a Bachelor degree in Philosophy and Neuroscience and a Masters degree in Neuroscience, which granted me a broad understanding of a variety of subjects in English. In addition, I extensively lived, worked and travelled in North and South America, tutored for years and was active in the international network of the Netherlands.

During introduction we discuss the purpose of the lessons and topics that appeal to you, then we create a study plan together based on this to gradually improve your level. To do so I select excerpts from articles / series / documentaries (always in consultation and with suggestions) that match your interests and will be discussed in depth the lessons. If it suits the student, we can also include assignments, questionaires and brief 'tests'. My availability is very flexible and varies from 1 to 10 hours per week.

Alma is een wetenschappers en kunstenaars. Tijdens haar lange rijzen heeft zij geleefd van het beschilderen van hostelmuren en haar 'murals' zijn wereldwijd veel aandacht getrokken (zie haar Insta). Zij is een geduldige leraar met veel aandacht voor de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de leerling.
