About Anam
I am a Genetics undergraduate with experience teaching Biology and Chemistry to students following international curricula, including AP, Cambridge, and Edexcel. I have also taught German to young children and enjoy making lessons engaging, interactive, and accessible to students with different learning needs. My academic background in Genetics gives me a strong foundation in Biology and related sciences, while my teaching experience has helped me develop strong communication, adaptability, and student-focused teaching skills. I am passionate about helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorize them, and I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can build both their knowledge and confidence.

My lessons are designed around the understanding that students learn in different ways and benefit from different approaches. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's individual needs, incorporating visual aids and diagrams for visual learners, discussion and explanation for auditory learners, and interactive activities and practice for students who learn best through doing. I also adjust the pace, examples, and level of guidance according to each student's strengths and areas for improvement. This personalized approach allows students to engage with the material in a way that is most effective for them while building their confidence and understanding.
