My lessons are designed to be supportive, interactive, and tailored to each student's learning style. I focus on building practice that helps build problem-solving skills which also strengthen the concepts and the confidence of solving.
I also gained valuable educational experience as a D-SAT Mathematics Content Developer Intern at Kanan.co, where I curated, analyzed, and classified SAT Mathematics questions, organized content databases, performed quality assurance checks, and collaborated with a content development team. This experience strengthened my ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly, identify common student mistakes, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, I also tutored students at Kanan.co for D-SAT mathematics.
One reason I am passionate about tutoring is because I understand what it feels like to struggle academically. In Grade 9, I found Mathematics challenging and achieved only 35/80 on one of my exams. Instead of giving up, I worked hard to improve my understanding, developed better study habits, and practiced consistently. By Grade 10, I had significantly improved and became one of the stronger students in Mathematics, which is reflected in my academic performance today. The D-SAT score opened me the opportunities to tutor not only at Kanan.co but also at College Board.
Because of this experience, I can relate to students who may lack confidence or feel stuck. I believe that with the right guidance, patience, and effort, every student can improve.
A typical lesson includes:

Explaining concepts step by step
Working through examples together
Practicing questions independently
Providing feedback and study tips
I enjoy helping students develop confidence in Mathematics and problem-solving. My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students of all ability levels, whether they need extra support, want to improve their grades, or aim to challenge themselves academically.
My goal is not only to help students achieve better results but also to help them believe in their own ability to succeed.
