About Stephanie
I may be offering to teach mathematics, but I am actually a music therapy major! I may have received good grades throughout elementary, middle, and high school, but the way I learned the information and understood it was usually different from the rest of my class. I know what it is like to think a little differently, so I know how to explain things a little differently. I have tutored classmates for years, in a variety of subjects, and I find joy in helping others realize their true potential.

I like to start with what someone is currently working on (current homework assignment or something similar) and then back it up until we reach something they understand. Then, I try to take what that person knows and add on to it, connecting each part so that every section feels manageable. I create each lesson based on each person because everyone learns differently.
