About Warren

Hi! I'm a fellow student currently pursuing a Physics degree at King's College London. I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed by studies, but my passion for physics keeps me motivated and excited. Beyond academics, I have a variety of interests that keep me engaged and balanced.

I enjoy gaming, cooking, traveling, and drawing. While I might not be a master at any of these hobbies, I thoroughly enjoy them. My favorite hobby is by far Dungeons & Dragons (DnD), which I’ve dedicated hundreds of hours to over the past few years. Through DnD, I have honed my communication skills, developed patience, and learned the importance of maintaining weekly commitments with a group.

Despite my love for learning, I promise I’m not just a super nerd. I was pretty cool in school and have navigated the typical challenges of being a teenager, so I can relate to students and help make education more engaging and enjoyable. My diverse interests and experiences allow me to bring a well-rounded approach to tutoring, ensuring that sessions are not only educational but also fun and relatable.

About the lesson

Here’s how it works:

Assessment: We begin with an open book practice paper to identify which concepts are already understood and to what extent.
Interactive Learning: Together, we will work through targeted questions and notes, focusing on the most effective revision techniques.
In-Depth Discussions: Open discussions and teaching sessions on various subtopics will help consolidate understanding and enhance skills.
Exam Preparation: Finally, we will use closed book mock papers to ensure proficiency under exam conditions.
Session Structure:

Frequency: Regular, short sessions (30-60 minutes) throughout the week.
Approach: Learning is made manageable and consistent, especially beneficial for students with ADHD or those who thrive on logical understanding rather than brute memorization.
My goal is to make education accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I am committed to delivering my tutoring with patience and understanding, ensuring each student can achieve their fullest potential.
