About Hattie
As an undergraduate performance student, I've always preferred practical studies as opposed to the more academic period of my education. I was, however, very fortunate to have access to a considerable amount of extra teaching and support throughout my education and found that writing was a prominent skill within my skillset. I particularly found English Language to be a favourite subject of mine as it allowed me to integrate my creative identity to my work.

My lessons are planned to both further and help those who may struggle more within academic studies, but also to encourage a love for creative writing and to help and encourage students to find passion and a creative identity within language. I further believe a creative identity furthers imagination and enables students to find themselves. My lessons will predominantly focus on areas within academia where students may struggle in a fun and creative way whilst also encouraging passion and identity within writing in a practical way.
