Hello! I’m Rosie and I am an undergraduate student at Oxford University. I study English Literature and Language at Brasenose College. My approach is to fully immerse students in the texts they study. Starting off by becoming familiar with them, then analysing the language they are made of. Simultaneously, we will go through how to construct and plan an essay or linguistic commentary, using your own work and other high-level examples. Then we will pay attention to one of the most crucial parts of researching which is reading to write. Planning an essay is one of the most important parts of writing and so students must learn how to read in a specific way that aids their planning process.
