About Baily
I am a firm believer that a lack of confidence in a subject is a student's worst enemy, and so my first priority is establishing what is causing that lack of confidence. By building confidence students feel more at ease and open to challenging themselves with more difficult tasks and assignments. Maybe one day a student that previously disliked a subject will discover a newfound passion for it once they realize that they can achieve their goals with something that once challenged them.
