About Jayla
Jayla, a passionate 20-year-old junior in college, finds joy in the world of literature, where every page unfolds new perspectives and insights. For my, delving into the realm of literacy is not just a pastime, but a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment, where words have the power to ignite imagination, evoke emotions, and spark meaningful conversations that transcend time and space.

Through engaging analysis and insightful interpretation, I bring literature to life, helping students uncover its depth and relevance, fostering a deeper appreciation for the power of storetelling and some techniques i would use would be:
1. Close reading: Analyzing texts line by line to uncover deeper meanings, themes, and literary devices.
2. Comparative analysis: Contrasting different works or authors to highlight their unique styles, themes, and cultural influences.
3. Contextual exploration: Placing literature within its historical, social, and cultural contexts to better understand its significance and impact.
4. Socratic questioning: Encouraging critical thinking by asking probing questions that prompt students to explore interpretations and perspectives.
5. Creative assignments: Incorporating projects that allow students to express their understanding through creative writing, artwork, or multimedia presentations.
