About Javier
The main reason for wanting to become a tutor/teacher was because of past experience. Teachers making students seem as if they failed was bad. Which I disagree with and encourage people to learn from their mistakes and not only that but as well to make the class environment enjoyable.

I am a very high advocate for making learning fun. This includes making fun activities that can teach students while learning from such activities. There is no such thing as making fun of failure when working with me. We learn from our mistakes and become better with the help of failure.
