About Jackie
I am a tutor that is very opened-minded, very sensitive to the needs of my students and ready to adapt my methods if their is a better one that answers their needs.
I have been on the field for the past 9 years, tutoring children, helping high school students to prepare for final exams and helping adults (new comers, international students etc.) to learn french so they can gain back confidence and get the services, work, and achieve their dreams.
I tryly believe that everyone can learn a new language if they are given the proper tools and support.
I love to learn new things and create an enjoyable space for everyone to be able to learn.

My main focus is to establish a plan with the student to be able to reach their goals.
We define together in which area they are trying to improve : their speaking, writing, listening or reading habilities (the 4 language skills).
Then, we established a plan based on their needs and the themes they would like to work on so their acquire the proper vocabulary whether is it related to work, school, etc.
The lessons are for beginners to advanced students.
