I am 26 years old, living in Cape Town, South Africa. I graduated from UCT with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Film&Televsion. I grew an interest in teaching English, and once I started as an online English tutor, I knew this job was for me. I enjoy meeting new students, building a professional bond with them, and above all witnessing their progress.

As a teacher, I will employ a student-centered teaching method to ensure all students receive the necessary assistance to improve their individual English language needs. I will contribute a fun, friendly, and enthusiastic energy that assists students in being engaged, interested, and motivated in classrooms. I believe that English is best learned with a balance of practical and theoretical teaching methods. I therefore will foster communication with my students so that they can practice conversational English, as well as their speaking and listening skills, alongside their reading and writing skills.
