About Bella
I am a UCLA Psychobiology student and aspiring Physician Assistant with experience tutoring, mentoring, and working closely with children in educational and coaching settings. In addition to academic support, I have years of experience teaching dance and coaching gymnastics, which has strengthened my ability to connect with students of different ages, personalities, and learning styles. Every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to fit each child’s individual needs, pace, and goals. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and interactive, with an emphasis on helping students truly understand material rather than just memorize it. A typical session may include homework help, reviewing challenging concepts, practicing problem-solving, strengthening organization and study skills, and building confidence in the classroom. As a UCLA Psychobiology student and aspiring healthcare professional with experience tutoring, coaching, and mentoring children, I bring a supportive and individualized approach to learning. I work primarily with elementary and middle school students and aim to make learning feel approachable, positive, and rewarding.
