About Zidan
I am a Mathematics graduate from the University of Southampton, where I achieved a 2:1 in BSc Mathematics with Actuarial Science. I am passionate about mathematics and enjoy helping students understand challenging topics in a clear and approachable way. I will be starting an MSc in Medical Statistics and Data Science at UCL in September 2026. I want to tutor because I find it rewarding to help students build confidence, improve their grades and achieve their academic goals. I am patient, friendly and committed to adapting my teaching to each student’s individual needs.

I offer personalised GCSE and A-Level Maths lessons tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals. I focus on building strong understanding and confidence rather than simply memorising methods. Lessons can cover specific topics, homework, exam technique and past-paper questions, with clear explanations and plenty of guided practice. I aim to create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.

Really good, engaging tutor. He goes that extra mile to make sure you understand the concepts deeply and can approach any question.
