About Aniqah
I am a 5th year medical student at UCL, who has completed a Bsc in medical sciences with oncology (first class). I have thoroughly enjoyed both the scientific and person-centred aspects of my degree and am excited about the opportunities a career in medicine offers. Throughout my degree I have been fortunate to mentor younger medical students as well as sixth form students through their applications and found this a fulfilling experience.
I studied Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Latin at A-level and therefore believe I have the skill and experience required to tutor in GCSE and A-level biology.

I tailor my lessons to individual students, building on their previous level of experience with the topic. A typical session will involve reviewing key concepts, identifying any areas of improvement and then applying this knowledge to exam questions. I am flexible in my approach and aim to make sessions engaging for the student by encouraging questions and discussion. I have mentored students throughout university and sixth form, so have lots of experience in helping students with their studies.
I am also happy to advise on personal statements and medical school applications as having been through the process myself, I have a good understanding of what universities are looking for.
