About Cattien
As a current Maths undergraduate at University College London (UCL), I know how tough Maths can be. However, with the right guidance and persistence, I know how liberating it can feel to understand material on a more fundamental level.
Above all, my classroom environment is one where students gain confidence, express their curiosity and deepen their knowledge. I am patient with students that have low confidence and encourage pupils to not be afraid of not knowing or getting things wrong. Rather than focusing on just 'knowing', I try to inspire students to 'understand' the concepts behind the subject.

My tutoring style has been developed over several years of helping students attain their academic ambitions. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace, syllabus and needs. Be it for homework help or teaching from scratch, I am willing to create personalised resources and develop exam strategy – maximising success when the big day comes.
