About Elle
I'm currently a Second year LLB student at UCL, and is originally from Hong Kong. I have had more than two years of experience tutoring elementary to secondary school students English, whether that be creative writing, oratory skills, or essay writing etc. I also offer essay proofreading services.
Having been through the IELTS process recently and obtained a 8.5, I am also familiar with the skills and tricks that are needed to do well in IELTS. Scoring well for the LNAT, I am also happy to teach tips on how to do well in the various components, especially the notoriously difficult writing section.
Additionally, having obtained all of my five UCAS choices, I am well equipped to provide personal statement consultation and advice, as well as general UCAS guidance.
Finally, having obtained a vacation scheme offer from a London commercial law firm, and numerous mini-pupillages from leading chambers, I offer cover letter, cv and application reviews and advice.

Depending on the age and specific needs of the student, I teach either via technical sessions or creative sessions. Technical sessions are highly structured where I cover the most important areas of the topic before going into practice questions with the student. Creative sessions are not as structured and usually combine art with learning to capture the attention of younger students, while still achieving results.
