About Nidhi

Hello! I'm Nidhi, and I’m here to help you achieve your academic goals with confidence. With a grade 9 and A*/A in all subjects I tutor, a Classics university degree in progress, and over 4 years of tutoring experience, I’ve helped countless students excel in Latin, English Literature, Classics, and exam preparation. I’m passionate about these subjects, and I’m equally dedicated to making sure you understand them and enjoy the learning process. I’m not just a tutor—I’m a guide. I want to build your confidence, clarify difficult concepts, and provide you with strategies that will not only help you achieve high grades but also foster a genuine appreciation for the subjects you're studying. I bring professionalism, patience, and a structured approach to every lesson. Whether we’re discussing the poetry of Ovid, translating Virgil, or analysing Shakespeare, I focus on making lessons engaging, accessible, and tailored to *your* needs. I genuinely love helping students discover their strengths and overcome challenges. It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone’s confidence grow as they start to grasp complex material and perform better academically. You’ll find my lessons to be organised, clear, and focused on achieving results. Your success is my top priority, and I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential and ensure you reach your academic goals!

About the lesson

I believe that every student is unique, so I take a highly personalised approach to tutoring. My goal is not just to help you understand the material, but to foster a love for learning in the process. My lessons are interactive, targeted and active. I create a dialogue-based environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions and share your thoughts. I also incorporate quizzes, flashcards, and problem-solving exercises to reinforce key concepts, whilst focusing on areas where you need the most improvement, whether it’s Latin grammar or literary analysis skills. All lessons are a minimum of 1 hour, and maximum 2 hours long. I have been tutoring Classics, Latin and English Literature for 4 years, and my lessons cater to 11+, GCSE and A level students.
