Brandon is really patient and good at explaining things without making someone feel bad for not getting it right away. He’s good at noticing when someone is frustrated or checked out and changing how he explains something so it actually clicks. He also has a good sense of humor and makes things feel more relaxed and engaging. He’s very encouraging and easy to talk to, but still knows how to keep someone focused. I think he’d be really good working with middle or high school students.
