About David N
I started baking bread about two years ago and I haven't stopped since. I've combed the Internet and experimented with all kinds of methods to get the most out of my bread baking, and I've got a wealth of tips and tricks to share with you. I've had a starter for about a year and a half and love to bake sourdough. I'll show you that it's not as hard to make this king of foods as you might think. I am also competent in baker's maths (calculating hydration etc), so I can teach you this and you'll be able to design and test your own recipes.

I'll listen to what you've tried already in baking, what kinds of things you'd like to try, or listen to specific problems that you have with baking. It's a good idea for me to see how you bake as well, especially handling the dough, as this will help me to understand how you can improve your loaf, or whatever it is you're making!
