I don't have a fixed methodology. I think everyone is different and a method that works for one person isn't necessarily going to work for someone else. However, I understand that a certain structure is necessary so that the student understands everything. This is why I first propose to read the theory and to find the essential information. Then ask questions if something wasn't clear. Finally the last part is devoted to exercises which help to reinforce the theory.
