About Jean

I’m Warren, though my peers at high school like to refer me as blasian because I am in-fact black and asian so you already know I’m exceptionally good at what I do. In all seriousness, I've developed a strong passion in teaching, especially with my peers in my methods class during late hour school tutoring. I’ve graduated from high school with a mid to high ATAR and currently pursuing my dream degree in Aerospace engineering and mathematics as an undergraduate at QUT. My love for math is greater than the love she gave me… none. Loved it so much to the point where I even dedicated on remembering 424 digits of pi in order for a high school math competition and ended up winning the whole thing. It feels great knowing you’re one of the best at something that the majority of students despise. However that hate is temporary once I fuel you with my magic in understanding the beauty of mathematics and the nature it universally holds.

About the lesson

Nothing is more frustrating than opening your math homework just to see countless questions consisting of incomprehensible numbers or symbols that seem like it came from another f#*ing planet. Thankfully I, your future tutor, will resolve any complications you may encounter when dealing with this hell of a subject they disguise as math.

My teaching methodology is done to ensure simplicity & flexibility. You decide however teaching method you are most comfortable with.

These include:

• House visit
• Audio Call
• Text - (Not recommended)
• Other

Bookings can be made by any student in grade 6 elementary to grade 10 - 12 high schoolers who are looking for assistance in understanding a particular subject, topic or area in trigonometry, arithmetic, algebra or calculus.

Typical lesson lengths range between 30 minutes to 3 hours however, longer lessons can be arranged and negotiated as one whole or chopped up lesson between a week.

For example, a lesson can be booked for 5 hours however 2 hours are on a Monday and the remaining 3 is on the same day after a break or on the consecutive day or any other day.

Remember: the bookings are designed to suit you, not me. Only if I am available of course.
