I have a student-focused approach that prioritises understanding and application over rote memorisation. I employ a variety of techniques including:
- Interactive Learning: Engaging students through discussions, problem-solving activities, and practical applications.
- Personalised Learning Plans: Tailoring lessons to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
- Use of Technology: Incorporating digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience, such as interactive simulations, educational software, and online resources.
- Continuous Assessment: Regularly assessing student progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions to ensure comprehension and retention.
