About Georgina
After achieving A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, my passion for science led me to pursue a degree in Biological Sciences. Throughout my studies, I’ve gained a deep understanding of science concepts and the joy of learning, but I haven’t forgotten the struggles I faced in my early school years. I used to find some topics very challenging and had to explore different techniques and methods that worked best for my learning. It was through trial, error, and finding the right approach that I eventually began to perform a lot better. This journey is what drives my passion for helping others through tutoring. I want to help students who are in the same position I once was — struggling to find the right way to learn and build confidence in their abilities. I believe every student can succeed when they have the right support and strategies tailored to them.

As a dedicated tutor with Grade 9s in GCSE Chemistry and physics and 8 in Biology, I’m here to help students from Key Stage 1 to GCSE level build confidence and master chemistry concepts. Each session typically lasts 45 minutes, but I always prioritise the student’s needs and pace. Whether you're preparing for exams or simply need help grasping key concepts, I’ll adapt my approach to best support your learning style. My lessons are structured into two parts: first, we’ll go over the content in an easy-to-understand way, and then we’ll work through practice questions to reinforce what’s been learnt. I offer lessons for students at various levels, including KS1, KS2, KS3 Science, and GCSE Science/Chemistry/Biology students, ensuring that all learners can achieve their academic goals with a solid understanding of the subject.
