About Ali
I am a passionate and motivated school-leaver with a year's teching experience in various settings. I want to use the teaching skills I've developed and my understanding of the A-Level process to help students achieve amazing results.
I enjoy tutoring because I get to work with people and experience the unique rewards and challenges involved as part of the profession. I volunteered both online and in-person at my local community centre where I helped teach primary school children and college students. I gained lots of experience as a result, learning many different teaching methods and improving my communication skills. I began to enjoy the challenge of adapting to each unique student, helping cater to their academic needs and thinking of new and innovate ways to tailor my approach in order to help them understand. Then I enjoyed being able to see them improve and grow in their knowledge, helping them get to where they want to be academically and enjoy the subject. Now, after completing my A-levels, I feel I am not only equipped with the necessary knowledge to help students, I have the skills to do it in an effective and clear manner that puts them at the centre of the lesson. I look forward to continuing tutoring and helping students like you succeed!

The session will last for an hour. We will focus on your learning needs and I will leave the decision of the content up to you. We can work through topics you find challenging or work through the entire course from the beginning to the end.
I will use interactive online teaching tools to involve you, helping you actively build knowledge as I teach you.
We will cover content for the first portion of the lesson. I will explain the topic on virtual slides which you can also access later. These will contain summarised content notes and some basic recall questions. We will then work through exam and past paper questions which I will mark then give you feedback on.
