About Libby
I’m Libby. I loved studying English at GCSE which is the reason I am studying it at Alevel. I struggled with Maths and was adamant I was going to fail, but I got in touch with a maths tutor who helped me, not only pass, but get a grade I never thought was possible. I want to help students who struggle with the subject I love so they’re more than happy when they get the grades they didn’t think were possible.

I like to make learning fun and educational due to the fact I know how hard it is to motivate yourself as a GCSE student. I provide fun quizzes, practice papers which I go through in detail and textbooks to help understand the curriculum. English seems like a complicated subject (which it is!)but I have techniques, tips and tricks to make it simpler to understand. You need to enjoy learning in order to want to learn so that’s what I aim to do. I would first get to know the tutee and the areas they’re struggling with and I’d consistently work with them, and the parents, to strengthen their weaknesses. I am able to do regular lessons however often the tutee would require them.
