About Bavly
I have a passion for teaching and am a recent high school graduate with tutoring experience. I received high honours with a 95% average and an extended french certificate. It should come as no surprise that I also had hard times in school, but over my time in high school, I developed numerous student qualities, like neatness and organization, responsibility, confidence, and study techniques. I'm excited to share what I've learned to help other struggling students and change their attitude toward learning to become the best versions of themselves.

In order to improve and/or enhance my students' learning, I go above and beyond by paying close attention to them, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and developing personalized lesson plans. Everyone learns differently and that's perfectly ok. Success, in my opinion, stems from two factors: interest and discipline. My aim is to instill in my students the value of knowledge and learning so that they will study with a purpose and enjoy it in the same time.
Whether you choose to do in-person tutoring or online tutoring, a typical session with me is:
- talking with the student about their current situation
- going over the course material and places where they struggle
- selecting one of those areas of struggle and teaching them this skill
- leaving some home learning (exercise sheets)
- optional: discuss with the student's parents their child's needs and preparation for the next session
