About Turgut

Nothing in life is difficult, the key is discipline. After starting sports with football at a young age, I started to compete in amateur level in my high school age. I continued to compete with football throughout my high school life. After my university years started, I started to deal with fitness and do research. My purpose in life is to constantly improve myself and transfer my knowledge to people at a professional level.

About the lesson

With the training method prepared according to the body variables of the person, you will reach your goal faster with me. Whether you are losing weight or gaining weight, you are in the right place to get in shape. You will reach your goal in the most appropriate way with functional training, weight training, cardio planning and abdominal exercises that I will prepare for you.
