About Cristina

Hi everyone! I’m a recent Tulane University graduate with a background in Spanish and Psychology. I currently work in the psychology field and am fully bilingual and biliterate in Spanish. I’ve been tutoring for many years, and I truly enjoy helping students gain confidence and understand challenging material. I’m a patient listener, a clear communicator, and passionate about supporting others in their learning.

About the lesson

I begin each lesson by getting to know the student and understanding their goals. What sets me apart is my ability to listen closely and tailor every session to the student’s individual needs. I’m patient, supportive, and always meet students where they are. With a background in psychology, I understand how people learn best. Throughout the lesson, I incorporate strategies such as active recall, recognition, and plenty of targeted practice to ensure the student truly understands the material.
