With a PhD in literacy and over 35 years of experience, I offer expert, personalized reading instruction tailored to each student’s needs. Whether your child is struggling or advanced, I use research-based strategies to build confidence, comprehension, and lasting academic success. Lessons are assessment-driven and composed of scientific-based reading research techniques that guarantee language acquisition and comprehension. If your child is in K-3 and struggling, I will target phonemic awareness, phonics, and fluency to provide the bridge to comprehension. If your child is in grades 4-8, I will assess to determine best appproaches to build fluency, comprehension, and multisyllabic analysis.
