About Josiah

I have been involved in music for fifteen years now, and playing trumpet for ten. I am a Music Education major at South Dakota State University, and have a strong passion for the power of music, and the benefits it can bring to people of all ages and skills.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based entirely on experience, not abstract ideas and principles. We learn music best by being musical, so we must become better musicians by being musical as well. Everything is completely holistic and subjective; no two people learn the exact same, so no two people can have the exact same lesson.
