About Dorothy

I have been playing trombone since I was 10 and have been tutoring for 3 years. Having been a senior trombonist in the Edinburgh Youth Orchestra for many years and played in many groups including in the fringe so I can provide lessons in classical, jazz or pop music.

About the lesson

I believe music should be fun and creative and in my lessons I give my students an understanding of the trombone as an instrument and the theory, history and context behind the music we play in a creative and fun atmosphere
