First and foremost l build a strong bond with my students through communication skills.At first to know how to teach someone you have to first evalute them on the level of understand.There are different kinds of students some of them they catch up easily therefore you have identify them to use the right pace so that those students who are slow learners are not left behind.Creating their special class is important so that they don't feel discriminated.I have passion on teaching them.
