About Danielle
I am a biology and forensics student at Trent University. I have volunteer experience tutoring biology to lower-classmen at the university via Zoom and through emails, whichever the student preferred. I am currently conducting undergraduate research on cattails in northeastern Ontario and the effects of reproductive strategies on their fitness. I have a strong molecular biology and ecological science background, though am passionate about all realms of biology.

My teaching methods are quite visual, including diagrams and figures for more visual learning. However, I tend to cater my teaching method to the individual student to ensure they have the best chance of understanding the content. With online tutoring, I use the online whiteboard to help explain biological concepts and am doing my best to make online learning accessible and understandable for everyone.
