About Dániel
I’m Daniel, 34.
Every day I see how countless books, videos, and courses promise a happier life:
how to let go, 10 tips for balance, quick methods for change.
The packaging is often new, but real, deep solutions show up less and less.
I don’t offer quick recipes or catchy promises.
Instead, I offer a slower, more accepting process based on active presence.
Work where we uncover the real stuck points and uncertainties — and instead of trying to suppress them, we learn to integrate them into everyday life.
It’s important to say this clearly: this is a demanding journey of self-exploration.
There are no guarantees. We can only go as far as you’re able to step into your own topics, questions, and patterns.
Coaching provides a framework for the process — but you take responsibility for real change.
For me, active presence isn’t just work. That’s how I live day to day as well. It’s a genuine joy to see someone gain clarity, make steadier decisions, or simply show up in their life with more calm.
I’m not trying to push people out of themselves — I’m here to help them choose how they want to function, more consciously.
