I am a business transformation professional with over 15 years of experience working across project management, change management, organisational development, and business operations in international and regulated environments. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with teams and leaders to design processes, manage change, and improve how organisations operate in practice.
I enjoy helping others understand complex business topics in a clear and practical way. My approach is calm, structured, and focused on real-world application rather than abstract theory. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where learners can ask questions, build confidence, and connect concepts to real professional situations. My teaching approach is practical and structured, based on real-world business scenarios rather than theory alone. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, logical steps and using examples, templates, and case studies to help learners understand how concepts are applied in practice. Lessons are adapted to the learner’s goals and pace, with space for questions, discussion, and reflection.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, which allows time for explanation, discussion, and practical exercises. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the learner’s needs.
I have over 15 years of professional experience in project and programme management, business transformation and change management, organisational development, building lean culture and quality system management in international and regulated environments. While I am new to formal tutoring, I have extensive experience training, coaching, and mentoring professionals and teams as part of my leadership roles.
My lessons are suitable for MBA students, early-career professionals, and career switchers, typically 18+, who want to build foundational or practical knowledge in project management, change management, organisational development, culture, and business administration. Sessions are tailored to beginner and intermediate levels.
