About Lubomyr
I was on the men's national Muay Thai team, in 2012, and brought home the bronze medal as a light heavyweight.
I was a regional white heavyweight champion, for Washington DC/ Maryland/ Virginia.
I have competed against some of that. Best fighters on the planet, and for some of the biggest promotions in the world.
I've also trained and became a coach of the Marine Corps martial arts program, while I was enlisted it in the US Marines.
For the last 25 years, I have taught free women self-defense seminars around my area. I continue to do so for my community.

Whether it's combat sports or real world combat, that can be implemented immediately, along with exercises that can develop even deeper skills over time. Time. My coaching is just as mental as it is physical, and I have a number of amateur and professional fighters who have trained. Along with this, I have trained both state and federal law enforcement, including secret service agents.
