About Michæl
I am a former monk. Trained in Gulugpa, Sakya and Nyingma styles of Tibetan Buddhist meditation. I can teach the basics and guide you to getting a regular practice going. I have over 20 years experience in meditation and sitting.

I have received teachings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and empowerments in Gelug, Sakya and Nyingma schools. I trained in the Kadampa Teacher Training program and now teach ‘no method’ methods, simple and direct.
