Kia ora! I’m a New Zealand–born teacher and a parent of three. I love teaching because I enjoy helping students learn new skills, build confidence, and see how much they can grow. I believe everyone learns differently, so I take the time to understand what works best for each student and adjust my teaching to support them. I offer learner-centred, supportive tutoring that helps students build confidence and achieve their best through clear explanations, guided practice, and positive feedback.
Sessions are tailored to each learner’s needs, typically lasting 45–60 minutes, with flexibility to suit your schedule. I work with primary-aged students across all curriculum areas, supporting those who need extra help, confidence building, or extension opportunities.
Face-to-face sessions are interactive and hands-on, featuring games, activities, and a variety of learning resources to keep students engaged, motivated, and actively involved in their learning. Learners also receive weekly assignments with clear goals to reinforce progress between sessions.
