Lessons with me evolve developing techniques through some training exercises
Depending on skill level and learning style I may recommend a book though not always!
As lessons evolve I find that students are interested in more than learning just one instrument and want to become overall stronger musicians.
For this reason I usually adopt a wholistic approach that includes some musicianship training as well as an introduction to music theory.
