I am a Classical trained dancer and a freestyle artist from Assam, India. I love to see myself and also peoples around fit and fine. So here I am to share you all whatever knowledge I have in me and also grab happiness, fun and smiles from my students.

In my class, I will be teaching basics of some dance exercises, zumba basics, and also some weight gain and weight loss exercises. Along with all these, I will be teaching meanings and aims of some dance techniques which will also boost you all mentally. I am a trained classical dancer and also a freestyle artist. I love fitness and want myself to be fit and so I will be teaching you all terms of physical fitness and enjoy each steps through boosting songs. Making my students enjoy every step of fitness is my only moto. Hope to see you all. Let's make it and do it.
