About Rocio

Former athlete, over 15 years experience in body conditioning and fitness. Just define your goal and I'll adapt the training to you. Need some help with motivation and diet? Or just want to be healthy? You name it, we make it real.

About the lesson

My teaching method combines yoga, fitness and high-performance athletics to help you develop the skills you are looking for while preventing (or fixing) injuries. The training adapts what you need to what you want to achieve. Just make sure you know your limitations, I'll take care of the rest.
