Hey! I’m a 22-year-old CFA student with a deep passion for fitness and helping others achieve their best selves—physically and mentally. I’ve been training for over 4 years, and in that time, I’ve helped friends, clients, and even busy professionals get in shape, stay consistent, and build real confidence through fitness. I understand the struggle of balancing studies, work, and health—and that’s why my approach is practical, flexible, and result-driven.
