About Tracey
I struggled at school from an early age, so I know first-hand how demoralising the education system can be. I was nearly 40 years old by the time I graduated with my GCSEs, English degree and teaching qualifications.
I had worked as a Teaching Assistant for 7 years and had seen changes in education that I felt let the children down. I realised that I could help children more by teaching 1:1 rather than within a classroom setting. I began tutoring in January 2011, and it has been an honour to support over 200 students gain higher results than predicted.
In the last 5 years I have qualified as a Mindfulness and Meditation Practitioner, and as a Life Coach. I use these skills to support my student's confidence and well-being during the exam period.

My lessons are tailored to suit each pupil, improving on their strengths and overcoming their weaknesses. I have worked as a Private Tutor for 11 years and am proud to say that all my students have achieved above their predicted grades. Often young people struggle with their exams because they lack direction and have little interest in the subjects they are forced to study. I offer pastoral support, strategies to pass the exams and aim to motivate my students, to help them fulfil their greatest potential.
